JANUARY 2025:  HIRING FOR ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Based out of our production facility near Downtown Boise (with easy access and plenty AND free parking in a strip of friendly businesses!)

REPORTS TO:  Manager, Lit&Co

This position is 18+, requires a clean driving record.  The use of your own personal vehicle (with trunk/storage space as the boxes/deliveries are bulky) is required.

HOURS/DAYS:
-Approximately 25-30 hours/week between Production Facility and Retail with priority given to Production

-Typical/estimated/ideal schedule:  

• Mon-Thurs at Production Facility from 10am-3pm (later as needed), with inventory taken at two locations of large account in town

• Fridays: Delivery + Inventory @ large accounts 9am-Noon

• Evenings + Saturdays: Assist in Retail as needed/wanted

-Extended hours/days as needed for production or coverage
-Retail shifts as needed (potentially last minute to assist with call offs, parties, etc)

Requirements:
-Personal vehicle in reliable working order, with space to haul deliveries and supplies.  SUVs, crossovers, etc, are ideal but sedans can work too!

-Neat and tidy presentation

-Clear, professional communication through email and in-person interactions with customers, clients and accounts

-Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

-Strong self-management skills as this position often works autonomously.  Guidance, support and communication are always provided however this is a very independent position within the brand.

General Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

• Taking inventory at large local grocer

• Communicating clearly + professionally with accounts as needed via email

• Producing (making, labeling, UPC’ing, invoicing) product for accounts, all Private Label accounts, large wholesale orders

• Delivering product through receiving at grocer stockists, stocking on shelves for one of the accounts

• Producing bulk Private Label for both shipping and local pick up

• Shipping Private Label + bulk orders for Brandless Home Fragrance (sister company making bulk product)

• Large scale production for Retail, as needed

• Lifting up to 45lb regularly; moving heavy pallets (with jack) occasionally

• Receiving deliveries + organizing supplies at warehouse

• Transporting supplies between warehouse + shops in Boise and Caldwell, as needed

• Retail duties as usual during those shifts

• Relationship Management and professional, friendly communication with current accounts

• Lead generation of new accounts

• Picking up shifts in Retail on as-needed basis (especially during understaffed or busy times)
  
  

Pay + Mileage:

- $TBD/hour starting wage

- Mileage reimbursement for Brandless Home Fragrance-related travel (not retail) at standard rate (self-recorded and submitted/reconciled monthly through Google Docs).

Other Considerations:

Account Coordinator position is completely dependent upon these larger accounts staying active; should these accounts dissolve for any reason and not be replaced with a similarly sized account, Lit&Co will make every attempt in good faith to replace hours otherwise at same hourly wage.
