FLOATING Retail Shop Associate (Boise Area) Part Time 12-16 hours/week

The Floating Retail Associate position is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, engaging atmosphere across all of our locations + job duties! Starting pay $12.50/hr with regular performance-based increases plus generous 30% Employee Discount, in-house Lit Loot cash program, provided branded shirt, thorough on the job training and fantastic work environment!

Responsibilities: General shop duties; Candle production + DIY candle making, providing exceptional customer service, fulfilling purchases and shipping orders, light cleaning/dusting/sweeping, shop operations (receiving + processing deliveries, filling wax and oil bottles, wicking jars, etc), occasional candle production + assisting in the production facility in Garden City.

Ideal applicants have:

-1+ year of retail or service industry experience
-Reliable transportation as this position will flex among locations as needed, primarily in Boise + Garden City with potential visits to Caldwell

-Very reliable with friendly, outgoing, engaging personality

-Polished presentation and neat appearance

-Strong attention to detail, ability to follow directions and focus on tidiness

-Thursday through Sunday availability; four hour minimum shifts from 11-6pm (sometimes 7pm)

-Must be available and flexible over Thanksgiving weekend and the two weeks leading up to Christmas in particular!

-Can lift 45lb (occasionally) and work on your feet for full shifts (always)

-Must be 18+; empty nesters encouraged!
