Candle making is a fun, relatively easy and unique event for groups of all ages and sizes! We love hosting events such as bachelorette and bridal showers, surprise parties, corporate team building events, client appreciation receptions, networking socials, sororities and fraternities, sports teams, schools, non-profits, fundraisers, 'just because' get togethers - or anything else!
We offer the use of our shops for a variety of experiences and welcome everyone from individuals to groups of over 100 to make candles with us.
A few options:
- STATE STREET - WEST END: Great for groups up to 10 people at once (we can accommodate more if you would like to come in shifts!) to come in and make candles then head out to your next adventure. Candle making ranges from $20-65 per candle depending on size and style. Candles will be ready for pick up the next business day. Sorry, no food or drink permitted with this option, but lots of free, easy parking, and convenient location right on State Street!

- HYDE PARK - NORTH END: Our new Hyde Park shop can accommodate groups of virtually any size (let's chat!)! Centrally located in Hyde Park, this location is surrounded by incredible food, drink, coffee, cocktail, shopping, ice cream and entertainment options to suit every interest. Candle making starts at $20 and most styles can be ready for pick up within three hours. Sorry, no food or drink permitted during business hours but we're pretty sure you'll find something at one of our neighbors!
PRIVATE EVENTS IN HYDE PARK: Want to host a private event? Hyde Park would love to have your group of up to 40 (or more!) in shop for an after hours candle making party! This is a great option for a reception-style/socializing event with a small amount of seating and tables available. Your group is welcome to bring in food + drinks and the shop is yours for two hours once we close to the public (private events will typically be offered 6-8pm Mon-Sat; 3-5pm Sundays). This option carries a minimum spend of $300 with all candle making and retail sales (not including consigned vendors) applied toward the minimum. If $300 isn't met, the host will be charged the difference which will be returned in the form of a gift card. Want more time? No problem, 30 minute increments can be added on for an additional $50 spend. As of March 1, 2020, a simple signed contract agreeing to the above details and cancellation fees will be required to hold a a date. Thank you!
