Private Events carry a $150 Minimum
Minimum spend includes all retail, DIY and home decor purchases during the event.  If Minimum is not met, the host will be charged the difference and receive a Gift Card for that amount for future purchases.  We are pleased to offer groups 10% Off all retail items beyond your DIY Vessels, thank you!

Bring in a group of up to ten (need more? We can discuss!), friends, family or coworkers to make custom candles!  Arrive at 6pm sharp to make your way through our 80+ fragrances, choose up to three to blend together, select your jar from our wide assortment of styles (starting at just $24), then sit down and begin creating! 

Please note: due to the resources needed combined with the custom nature of these appointments, please do not bring in your own jars or previously loved Lit&Co vessels for refills during your Private Candle Making Appointment.  We are happy to discuss options for those during our regular business hours in either shop, however!  

The whole process only takes about 15-20 minutes, but we do ask that the entire group be finished around 6:30pm so please arrive on time just in case some folks need a little longer.  Candles will be ready for pick up the next business day after 1pm.  Want more time?  We can potentially add 30 minute blocks of time  for an additional booking fee - just reach out to discuss!

As there is only one appointment per day, a $25 booking fee is required to hold the date.  Appointments can be cancelled and refunded if done with more than 24hrs of notice, however no-call no-shows, which we consider to be in effect at 6:10pm (without any notice), and cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the booking fee so please make sure your calendars and reminders are updated, THANK YOU for your understanding!

Please give us a heads up on how many are in your group in the Notes to Seller at checkout so we can make sure we're staff and prepared accordingly. 

We love celebrating with you, however due to space constraints, food/drink affecting your sense of smell and and the hands-on aspect of creating your items, please do not bring any food or beverages with you to consume during the event.  Hyde Park has a LOT of fantastic options for food, wine, beer, cocktails and revelry, however!
